MC Painting Maker is a free, browser-based tool. This page explains in plain words what happens to your data when you use it, no legal filler.

To know how many people use the tool and which pages get traffic, I use Simple Analytics, a European service (Netherlands) built specifically not to profile anyone. What it collects:
What it does NOT collect:
That's why the site has no consent banner: there's nothing to ask your permission for.
A technical note: even if you have Do Not Track turned on in your browser, visits still get counted. The DNT signal asks not to be profiled; here there's no profiling to turn off, so excluding privacy-conscious readers would skew aggregate numbers.
On top of page views, the same Simple Analytics pipeline receives a small set of aggregate counters of in-app actions, with no user identifier attached:
.mcaddon archives built locally and number of paintings per archive. These counters carry no user ID, no session ID, no IP, no fingerprint, no filenames, and no image content.
The site sits behind Cloudflare as a reverse proxy for global speed and abuse protection. Cloudflare sees your IP address necessarily and keeps standard access logs for technical and security purposes. It doesn't use cookies for profiling, except rarely in anti-bot scenarios with very short-lived technical cookies.
MC Painting Maker is built to run entirely on your machine. Everything you do here lives in your browser:
All of this is stored in localStorage so you can pick up where you left off when you reopen the tab.
It never leaves your browser. It doesn't reach me, or any third party, or any external service.
The .mcaddon archive is also built locally in your browser and downloaded directly; no upload happens at any step.
You can wipe everything by clearing the site's storage in your browser settings, or by removing the paintings one by one from the sidebar.
There's no contact form on this site. To report bugs, request features, or ask questions, open an issue on the GitHub repository. For anything private, write to . Messages land in my personal email and are used only for replying, with no forwarding, list additions, or secondary uses.
Technically there's no user database to modify. For checks or actions on server log data, contact me through the channels above.
